This is the date the Disney100 celebration officially starts in EPCOT, which will also commemorate the completion of the park overhaul and usher in a new era of EPCOT. Then final four Global Marketplaces, all of which are also the only brand new booths–Char & Chop, Wine & Wedge, Bubbles & Brine, and Swirled Showcase–are scheduled to open on September 22, 2023. As is normally the case, these booths will be located towards the entrance to World Showcase, almost in World Celebration (former Future World). Not too shabby!įollowing that, the next two additional Global Marketplaces–Hawaii and Noodle Exchange–open on August 15, 2023. So if you visit at the end of July or first half of August, you’ll have around 30 different locations from which to graze. In addition to that, festival offerings will appear on the menus at another half-dozen year-round restaurants and food kiosks throughout EPCOT. The bulk of the booths–22 of them, to be exact–will debut on Jwhen the event starts. Specifically, there are three waves of this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. The “heart” of the 2023 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will be from October through its end in November, and that’s also when crowds will be biggest. As with last year, a handful of the Global Marketplaces will not debut at the start of the event, and will instead open about a month or so later.
